COOGEE KETTLEBELL OUTDOOR GROUP TRAINING


Kettlebell strength training in the soft sand of Coogee Beach. It does not get any better!

This weeks post goes out to our man Jim, the gun show and the green machine. May all your harvests be fruitful on this beast.

This weeks training will consist of the following team,

MONDAY - Kettlebell Complex session

WEDNESDAY - Soft sand session

FRIDAY - Smash Challenge

Hey, was great having half a training session you guys on Friday. Will be back down in 2 months for another one and Vik missed you being there so I'll see you next time..... Bruiser.

Sorry legeng! but i was recovering a 1.5 week holiday!!! no exercise, pizza and lots of riding...

Today was brutal! i loved it.

400m Run
20 Front Squats
20 Bench Burpees
20 Swings
20 Body Row
20 SSHP
20 Dips
*As many rounds in 30mins

Hit it up this morning with some of the boys from my gym. Brutal.
