Kettlebell Complex's
3min of intense Kettlebell, Push, Pull exercises
Complete as many circuits in the 3mins as you can then rest for 2mins
Repeat x5
WEDNESDAY
Soft Sand Cardio session
FRIDAY
Kettlebell/Trx/Bodyweight exercises in circuit format to finish off a week of solid training
