HERES TO SUMMER

Raise a toast to summer or at least a kettlebell. The weather is heating up and as is the Movement Effects Kettlebell training team. You guys are smoking. Keep up the awesome intensity.

Here is the schedule for this weeks Movement Effects Outdoor Training

MONDAY
Kettlebell Complex's
3min of intense Kettlebell, Push, Pull exercises
Complete as many circuits in the 3mins as you can then rest for 2mins
Repeat x5

WEDNESDAY
Soft Sand Cardio session

FRIDAY
Kettlebell/Trx/Bodyweight exercises in circuit format to finish off a week of solid training

COOGEE GROUP TRAINING

This post is a tribute to one of the crew and long time team member 'Bruiser'.

Training for this week will consist of the following plan

High intensity Kettlebell and Cardio drills.

WEDNESDAY
Team mission deep in the Clovelly trenches.

FRIDAY
Kettlebell Strength Grind. Low rep heavy kettlebell circuits.
