-Sandbag strength training
Using odd objects during training is a great way to add punch to your training regime. Sandbags are a great training tool as the weight continues to shift, the load varies and they are very unpredictable to lift and throw around. This really works to fire the stabilisers and all the little muscles that get missed from our trained compound lifts.
