Strength

The Coogee Militia will be undergoing a strength bias for the next 6 weeks.

Week day sessions will focus on a different compound strength lift followed by our normal metabolic conditioning sets.

Our Sat session will involve a total session focus on our strength work, with a little finisher set to conclude the session.

We will develop "real world functional" strength that will allow us to move mountains whilst still being quick, fit and fast.

Its gonna be fun guys, look forward to seeing some great gains from you all.
