CFX Mission


Had the privledge to train at the infamous Cross Fit Effects "CFX" gym yesterday under the guidance of coach Mick Shaw. These guys run the most professional Cross Fit System I have seen and my time with Mick was both motivating and educational.

After an hour of coaching Mick put me through the following Wod,

5 Muscle Ups
10 80kg DL
20 32kg Kettlebell swings
400m run
4 rounds for time

Finished this in under 20mins but boy was I gassed, felt like I had lungs of hot steel.

Crossfit is an amazing training protocol and one that Movement Effects adopts alot of its training concepts from. Looking forward to the Crossfit certs in Feb. Bring it on!!!!
