Outdoor Coogee Group Training

Training has ramped up for 2010 with the Movement Effects Coogee crew hitting some solid Outdoor group training sessions.

Here is the breakdown of this weeks training sessions so far

Tuesday 9/2 - Functional Strength Circuit
Squat jumps
Single leg squats
Suspended push pattern
Suspended pull pattern
Rev lunge cable high row
-20 reps per station
-As many rounds in 30mins

Thursday 11/2 - Kettlebell Strength Metcon
Using 2 kettlebells perform the following sequence on the minute for 20mins
2 Dead cleans
2 Front squats
2 Push press
2 Clean to front squat

Tabata sets 20sec work/10sec rest x8
Supine power pull
Suspended incline push
KB swings
