ORLANDO


This post is dedicated to the birth of my son and little gem 'Orlando'.

The Wod was posted by our friends at CFX (crossfitfx.com) and was completed as a tribute to Orlando last Monday 8th June.

The workout was, 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 reps
100kg Deadlift
60kg Power clean
32kg KB Snatch (each side)

This was also completed by the Movement Effects Coogee crew on Tuesday.

The Outdoor modified workout was,
