Determination

Determination and Mental Fortitude were the key ingredients in this mornings 1000rep Metabolic Smash.

A 10 station metabolic circuit that consisted of the following -

KB Sumo DL
Box Jump
Double KB Clean & Press
KB Swing
OH Lunge
Pull Ups
Ring Push Ups
TRX Body Row
Dips
TRX Underhand High Pull
*10 reps per exercise for 10 rounds

Well Done team, an inspiring effort!

Challenge Yourself


Apologies for the lack of frequent updates, I have been pretty busy in the trenches, training Clients as well as my Outdoor Coogee Group.

Our strength bias is coming along nicely and there has been some noticable gains in strength across the group. Well done guys!

The Coogee Crew hit a serious of challenges this morning that tested us pretty hard.

40 Air Squats
30 Sit Ups
20 Push Ups
200m Soft Sand Run
5 Rounds

10 x Soft Sand Hill Sprints

Burpee Ladder
1 Burpee Run 30m
2 Burpee Run 30m
3 Burpee Run 30
Cont ladder up for a total of 10mins or 15 Burpees
*Total of 120 Burpees (This was a killer)
