Movement Effects run Outdoor Kettlebell training sessions on Coogee Beach but with a difference.

We focus on functional movement delivered at high intensity.

Our athletes gain real world strength, power, fitness and flexibility.

Our athletes turn up ready to work and give at 110% at all times, and this is shown in their performance.

STRENGTH

ORLANDO


This post is dedicated to the birth of my son and little gem 'Orlando'.

The Wod was posted by our friends at CFX (crossfitfx.com) and was completed as a tribute to Orlando last Monday 8th June.

The workout was, 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 reps
100kg Deadlift
60kg Power clean
32kg KB Snatch (each side)

This was also completed by the Movement Effects Coogee crew on Tuesday.

The Outdoor modified workout was,
