COOGEE KETTLEBELL KILLER - 1000 REP CHALLENGE

This morning the Movement Effects Training team set out to smash a new challenge.

Welldone Jim, Kez, Vik, Phil and Rich for pushing yourselves mentally and physically to new limits.

The following is the prescribed work out of the day.

1km Soft sand run
200 Swings
200 Push ups
200 Sumo squat high pulls
200 Sit ups
200 Push Press
1km Soft sand run

This was BRUTAL!!!!!!
