I will now be posting our weekly trianing schedule once a week.
Training for this week will consist of the following plan
MONDAY
High intensity Kettlebell and Cardio drills.
WEDNESDAY
Team mission deep in the Clovelly trenches.
FRIDAY
Kettlebell Strength Grind. Low rep heavy kettlebell circuits.
Its going to be a tough week guys. Look forward to getting amongst it with you all

Well I've made it to Queensland and have been already enjoying the warmer weather.....
I've been training but it is just not the same with out the hard core group to keep you going.
Hope you've all trained hard this week and feel great, hope you were yelling at them Jase!
Thanks for the great training group, it was a great and fit year.
