TIMETABLE



All Classes will be 60min and will consist of a dynamic warm up, main session component, cool down and stretch.

All classes are suitable for all levels of fitness.

Private groups & 1 on 1 personal training sessions are available outside class times.

We welcome the community to become part of the Movement Effects team and lead a healthier fitter lifestyle. If you have any requests for class time adjustments please let us know as we are happy to accommodate as best as possible.
